Privacy Policy

We take your privacy seriously. Formingo only collects information needed to support listing creation, including your Etsy authentication, listing data, and optional user preferences. We never share your data with third parties. Your Etsy tokens are securely stored and used only to manage your shop listings with your consent. You may revoke access at any time via your Etsy account or the Formingo app.

Terms of Service

By using Formingo, you agree to use the application for lawful purposes and in compliance with Etsy's API usage guidelines. Formingo is provided "as-is" without warranties. We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access to users who misuse the platform, violate terms, or attempt unauthorized actions. All data generated using Formingo remains the property of the respective users and their Etsy shops.

Commercial Access Notice

Formingo uses Etsy's official OAuth integration to manage listings on behalf of authenticated users. All listing actions are performed only with user consent and within the permissions granted by Etsy. We do not store or access Etsy user data beyond what is required for listing creation, preview, and shop synchronization. Screenshots and functionality of the OAuth process are available for Etsy’s commercial API review.
